Price Increase 2026
Dear Valued Customer,
Thank you for choosing Bluestar USA and for your continued trust in our forensic products. We genuinely appreciate your support and the role you play in helping us bring these specialized solutions to the field.
Over the past several years, the costs to import our products from France have steadily increased, including tariffs and international and domestic shipping. We have kept our online prices unchanged since 2023 and continued to offer free shipping on all orders, absorbing these rising expenses as long as we could.
To ensure we can maintain reliable stock, consistent product quality, and timely delivery from our U.S. warehouse, we now need to update our pricing and shipping structure.
Starting February 16, 2026:
- Online prices will be adjusted to reflect higher import tariffs, and transportation costs.
- Our shipping policy will be: Free shipping on orders of $294 dollars and above, and $6 dollar flat-rate shipping on orders under 294 dollars.
All orders placed on or before February 15, 2026, will be honored at current pricing and with our existing free-shipping terms.
We understand that any change in pricing and shipping affects your budget and planning, and this decision was not made lightly. These updates are necessary for us to continue importing these products and supporting you with the same level of service you are accustomed to.
